Cancellation

At Lets Eat Speciality Foods we operate an 'If you are not happy, we are not happy' policy for cancellation. This will allow our customers the reassurance of a cooling off period after placing an order.

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged goods please contact our customer services department as soon as possible. We will then inform the courier,. This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us via our carriers suitably packaged.

Lets Eat Speciality Foods policy is to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. Therefore we are unable to accept by return any item of food or beverage that has been opened and has been touched by any person. Any exception to this must be obtained in writing from our customer services department.

General

No goods will be dispatched from our distribution point until they are paid for in full.

Whilst every effort is made to have available for supply all items shown on the Lets Eat Speciality Foods website, there will be instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we shall substitute a similar item of the same quality and at least the same price. You are within your rights to decline any substitutions that we may send you.

In accepting these terms and conditions, if you are purchasing alcohol, you are confirming that you are over the age of eighteen and legally allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks.

Lets Eat Speciality Foods reserves the right to withdraw or replace products as and when necessary.

At Lets Eat Speciality Foods part our policy is to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate. In the event an error does occur a member of our staff will contact the customer to confirm if they would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.


Our customers may cancel their order for any reason provided;

They or the recipient notify us of your cancellation in writing or by e-mail to the address indicated on this page within seven working days of placing an order.

Items that have been delivered and are to be returned must remain unused and unopened.

They or the recipient keep and take reasonable care of the goods until collected by our carrier.

They reasonable in making the goods available for collection by our carrier. As the carrier only operates between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 they can only make collections during the daytime on working days (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). Collections will normally be completed within 28 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the costs of collection unless you or the recipients fail to enable the successful collection of the items in question within 28 days of the cancellation.

Prices
